Yesterday, Ted Liggett told ESPN that Leach’s conduct for Adam James, son of ESPN’s Craig James, was proper. Now in this video Liggert shows there was no “shed”, no “closet” but a full garage structure.

Ted Liggett filed an emergency motion to have a court institute Leach back into the coaching position for the January 2 Alamo Bowl.
Texas Tech suspended Leach Monday based upon alleged conduct following a “mild” concussion of athlete Adam James. Leach was to be replaced by defensive coordinator Ruffin McNeill for the Texas Tech vs Michigan State game in the Alamo Bowl on Jan. 2.
But now Leach is asking a court to intervene.
Liggert according to ESPN is seeking a motion for a temporary restraining order filed Tuesday in Lubbock. The motion, yet without a hearing date, claims Leach “would never intentionally harm or endanger a player” and has been “forced into this situation without being afforded any process.”

Craig James joined ESPN in 2003.
On Monday, the James family reportedly issued in part the following statement:
“Mr. and Mrs. James took the step with great regret and after consideration and prayer to convey to the Texas Tech administration that their son had been subjected to actions and treatment not consistent with common sense rules for safety and health”.
Craig James was with the Patriots and 1984 Rookie of the Year, as detailed in his ESPN bio:
“He was on the First Team All-Southwest Conference from 1980-83, and played for the USFL’s Washington Federals (1983-84) and NFL’s New England Patriots (1984-88).”
“With New England, James was NFL Rookie of the Year in 1984, when he rushed for 790 yards, and was voted New England’s “Most Valuable Player” and NFL “Offensive Player of the Year” by The Vince Lombardi Committee in 1985, when he rushed for 1,227 yards and five touchdowns. James was a starter in the 1986 Pro Bowl and Super Bowl XX.”
